Georgia 2022: Circus Mircus with ‘Lock Me In’

Georgia aren't one for the conventional, and here's further evidence for that…

This is a let down. A winner, contender or even qualifier wasn't expected here but something more intriguing was promised. I'm amazed this is only two and a half minutes long and the main problem is just that it's not even particularly interesting.

The only saving hope for Georgia is staging potential. I'd really hope they've got something memorable, elaborate and crazy to distract from what is as close to an objectively bad song as you can get in music. This really does need a full on circus show or its dead in the water.

That room for live elevation might make this slightly more random for qualification than Montenegro or North Macedonia but altogether this is a poor effort and will be torn apart by juries regardless. If its as boring live as it is in studio this will bomb with the televote too and be last in the semi.
